What to wear to your appointment...

It would be ideal, but not essential, if you could wear gym tights or shorts and a t-shirt to your appointment. There is a change room if you would rather just bring the change of clothes with you. During the covid pandemic it is suggested that you bring your own towel to lay on the bed for hygiene purposes. Ladies may be asked to wear a gown (which will be provided) if it is required to fully expose your back.
